Promoting an ever growing range of products, sizes, uses and variations is a problem that deck hardware company Spinlock strive to solve. Their latest set of Slipstream developed tools provide the end user with hands on applications for choosing from either of the lead product ranges, Deckware or Hardware.
Whilst a fundamental brief was to replace the existing (Flash) tools for desktop users, an opportunity also existed to widen the usage of these ‘apps’ and develop them using frameworks that would also provide true offline web applications for iPhone and iPad users.
Launched on time for the 2010 METS Trade Show, the final applications delivered as highly popular desktop tools, and orientation aware, offline iOS (iPhone and iPad) web applications, that will also work across a future range of smart phones and tablets.
