01.10.10 Rose Bowl Appoints Slipstream


The Rose Bowl, home of Hampshire Cricket, appoints marketing agency Slipstream to help secure partners for its prestigious new multi-entertainment stadium complex, County and ‘Royals’ teams.

Phase 1 of the £48 million development of the stadium was completed by the opening of two fantastic new stands in June, since when the ‘Most Improved Cricket Ground’ has played host to the sell-out 2010 Friends Provident t20 finals, England vs Australia and England vs Pakistan One Day Internationals. The next phase of development for the stadium and entertainment complex will shortly be underway and will include a luxury 175-bedroom hotel, 700 seat conference auditorium, additional hospitality suites, state of the art media centre, and an 18 hole championship golf course.

For the first time, The Rose Bowl is offering the “ground naming rights” to a single brand owner. The opportunity will include a significant package of Rights and Benefits destined to deliver extensive brand awareness and multiple communications opportunities supported by significant management resource.
